Starting journaling wasn’t easy for me. No matter what I did, I just couldn’t stick to this habit. I tried different mobile apps and fancy journals, but at the end of the day, nothing was working out, and I wasn’t being productive in any way. If you are on your self-improvement journey, you must have heard from everyone how important journaling is. I knew it was necessary to change my life because only journaling could change my habits. But I wasn’t even able to journal consistently. I thought maybe journaling is not for me, and I should just go with the flow without planning.
