How to STOP feeling HELPLESS | Step-by-Step Guide

I literally tried everything I could, but nothing worked out. I wanted that person so bad, but he just kept drifting away. I was unable to control anything. I wanted to stop him. I wanted to stop myself from wanting him and crying for him. I did every possible thing to make him mine, I asked in prayers, I tried every manifestation method, but at the end of the day, I WAS HELPLESS.
