Starting journaling wasn’t easy for me. No matter what I did, I just couldn’t stick to this habit. I tried different mobile apps and fancy journals, but at the end of the day, nothing was working out, and I wasn’t being productive in any way. If you are on your self-improvement journey, you must have heard from everyone how important journaling is. I knew it was necessary to change my life because only journaling could change my habits. But I wasn’t even able to journal consistently. I thought maybe journaling is not for me, and I should just go with the flow without planning. However, I soon realized that I wasn’t going anywhere without a structured approach.

Discovering the Problem:
So, I decided to research. I spent many hours of the day trying to figure out why journaling wasn’t working for me. Eventually, I came to a realization: the problem wasn’t with me, but with the prompts I was trying to follow. Each prompt I attempted lacked some essential elements that I needed. I yearned for a prompt that included motivation, gratitude, was less time-consuming, required fewer thoughts, and was easy to apply consistently.
